As soon as I called Connolly's Plumbing, I knew I was in good hands. Phil was courteous and a wonderful communicator; he showed up in the time frame he said he would and he called in advance to give a heads up. Other plumbing companies should take note -- you may do good work but if you don't communicate like Connolly's does, you'll lose more business. Beyond that, Phil did a thorough inspection of our bathroom, ruling out possible areas of concern and isolating the problem to an internal water regulator and a potentially clogged showerhead. He explained every step of the way and gave good tips. I am very happy with the level of care he provided and am confident he and his team would treat any issue (big or small) this way.
